Happiness

Right so...I know i haven't posted for the past 7 months and i only just started a few days ago, but i'm starting to realize why i even started this blog. At first it was because me and my best friend wanted our blogs to go viral but now looking through my posts, i'm starting to see another reason.

You see I find it really hard to tell people how i'm feeling, and i know people can relate. But this blog gave me a more creative way to express my feelings an i didn't feel awkward at all, i could just recognize why i was feeling these emotions and sort them out. It made me happy to see that i knew there were ways to get around situations and therefore i could feel happier.

Also my friends make me laugh everyday so i feel like i can live my life without having that one reason to why i cant be happy.

Hope you never give up on what you believe in, and stay strong chummys x

Green Tea Facial

This scrub will make your skin feel very fresh an also clear of dead skin! Its homemade so you wont have to pay for those pre made products which are sometimes quite expensive!

You Will Need:

  • Two bags of green tea
  • Your favorite moisturizer
  • A little bit of lemon juice
  • 3/4 of a teaspoon of olive oil
Preparation

1. First empty one bag of green tea into a small bowl or container
2. Add a few squeezes of moisturizer so it forms a paste
3. Then add the lemon juice and olive oil and mix together
4. If you don't think it will cover all your face then add another Green Tea bag
5. Now a little more moisturizer so that it looks like a scrub but a little thinner (more like a liquid)
6. Put between your fingers and test if it is too runny or rough (should be in the middle)

Application

1. Put a small amount of the scrub onto your fingers and apply to you face
2. form a circular motion in that area, to exfoliate the skin.
3. Do the same all over your face then leave it on for 3-5 mins
4. Wash off all the green tea that will be left
5. Tidy away and feel how soft your skin is!

TIPS!
- If any areas of your skin are dry (sometimes the corners of the nose) really scrub that area and it will certainly help
- if you suffer from acne then instead of moisturizer, you can use the cream that treats your acne instead, it will help with the acne
- Avoid eyes as it will sting if the product reaches it!
- If you have an sealed container then you can keep the scrub for another time
- Drink a lot of Green Tea as it also helps your skin feel refreshed and its very healthy

TIP #28

Right So...If you are feeling a bit stiff or tired don't just go to sleep in bed have your own spa day! Have a nice long bath with some candles and music if you wish. Then if you have any apply body butter (or moisturizing cream) all over your body and this will make your skin feel very smooth and luxurious!

Apply a face mask and you will feel relaxed but it will awaken your skin and you will feel refreshed. Snack on some fruit and sit and watch TV or read a book etc whilst the mask is on, or have a quick nap. Dont bother getting dressed in uncomfortable clothes like jeans, just chill in your PJ'S all day! Besides, who is going to see you?

But wait!!! Never forget your hands! Apply hand cream and rub well into hands so they are silky smooth, and you can paint them if you wish. So that's all my tips which aren't expensive, as you probably have these items in your bathroom. Have a great spa day and stay relaxed.

I loved how my turned out and i recommend giving it a go you don't have to be a artist to do this!
